It withstands high break-out torque and provides a leakproof seal. 250 Liqui-Lok is easily mixed under varying temperatures due to its workable consistency in excess of one hour.<br>BENEFITS\uff1a<br>\u25aa Friction factor of 1.5<br>\u25aa Mixes easily<br>\u25aa Workable consistency in excess of one hour<br>\u25aa Water resistant<br>\u25aa Oxidation resistant<br>\u25aa Withstands high breakout torque<br>\u25aa Provides a leakproof seal and strong permanent bond<br>\u25aa Self lubricating<br>\u25aa Una\ufb00ected by vibration and pounding<br>\u25aa Excellent adhesion<br>APPLICATION\uff1a<br>\u25aa Thoroughly clean male and female threads to remove all thread dope, oil, and grease.<br>\u25aa.Dry threads completely prior to application of Liqui-Lok.<br>\u25aa.Thoroughly mix contents of can; add entire bottle of hardener and continue mixing until completely uniform.<br>\u25aa When used in conjunction with \ufb02 oat equipment, apply Liqui-Lok to male threads using a putty knife or spatula.<br>\u25aa Make up joints \ufb01nal torque without delay.<br>NOTE\uff1a<br>Setting action begins immediately after addition of the hardener. The mixture will remain in a workable consistency from 45 minutes to 2 hours under average conditions. Curing time may be reduced by elevating the temperature up to 250\u00b0F (121\u00b0C) or increased by lowering the temperature. The cure seal may be broken out by heating the joint to &gt;450\u00b0F (232\u00b0C).
