Liquid-O-Ring 130 is formulated as a dual purpose water displacer and corrosion inhibitor. Liquid O-Ring 130 has an affinity for water by seeking out its particles of moisture from the surface and
removing it through evaporation. This product has unique creeping and penetrating properties which not only seek out and remove moisture, but leaves a corrosion preventive film on the surface. This anti-corrosion film is transparent and nonstaining. Liquid-O-Ring 130 is recommended as a surface conditioner prior to applying thread compounds to threads.
Liquid-O-Ring 130 is used on threads, newly machined parts, tools, and sliding metal surfaces.130 may be applied by hand spraying or using a paint brush. Threads should be clean or newly machined. Apply storage compound to 130 treated threads and install standard thread protectors for best results.
