1. Customer Manager—2 positions
Job Responsibilities:
◆Market Research—Real-time tracking of market development changes and relevant customer dynamic information, fine management of relevant customers in the responsible area, establishment of customer files, in-depth understanding of customers’ product and service needs, and timely internal communication reports and assistance in formulating corresponding market strategies.
◆Customer Visits—Regular visits to customers in the responsible area to maintain and enhance customer relationships. Submission of weekly and monthly progress reports for projects in progress and potential projects, timely mobilization of internal company resources to solve problems in the project implementation process, and enhancement of customer satisfaction.

Actively invite and organize customers and potential customers in the responsible area to participate in the company’s relevant exhibitions.
Job Requirements:

2. Sales Engineer—2 positions
Job Responsibilities:
◆Product Promotion—Actively participate in and coordinate company participation in exhibitions. Fully utilize the company’s online and offline platforms to promote all related products and technologies, and promptly update the latest products and technologies of the company to the customers in the responsible area. At the same time, feedback the needs of customers and potential customers.
◆Project Tracking—Establish and maintain good communication with customers, organize and coordinate business quotations, actively track the progress of related projects, and regularly update weekly and monthly project progress reports.
