On April 20th, 2026, CsTeC launched LubeSeal 404EU deepwater all-purpose high temperature & high pressure lubricant and sealant product. LubeSeal 404EU is an all-purpose lubricant and sealant for applications that require the best lubrication available. LubeSeal 404EU’s processing and formulation enable it to provide a versatility not found in conventional lubricants. LubeSeal 404EU may be used on brass, aluminum, copper, and stainless steel, as well as conventional steel threads.
LubeSeal 404EU is made with LIQUILON® which is inert and unaffected by acids, oils, caustics, and common solvents. It is used in applications with temperatures to >400°F (>204°C) and services pressures up to 10.000 psi. LubeSeal 404EU gives long-lasting protection to coated parts, which keeps equipment in top operating condition.
LubeSeal 404EU is recommended for the lubrication requirements of equipment that must be operated over extended periods of time or where shut downs are prohibitive. Equipment wear will be reduced and loss of lubrication will be stopped by the unique sealing characteristics of LubeSeal 404EU. LubeSeal 404EU possesses a unique plating and coating ability which provides a residual lubrication film that eliminates metal-to-metal contact and prevents rust and corrosion.

APPLICATION:
The uses of LubeSeal 404EU are varied. In general, LubeSeal 404EU may be applied to threaded connections, gaskets, gearboxes, gear and chain drive units, draw works, direct rotary drives, outboard motor lower units, stopcocks, wellheads, swivel joints, and universal joints, as a pump and valve packing, and additive to truck rear ends.
