CsTeC Released Liquid-O-Ring 318 OCR Modified Metal-Free High-Temperature Thread Compound

Liquid-O-Ring 318 OCR Modified Metal-Free Thread Compound is a superior thread compound for casing, tubing, premium connections, and line pipe. It provides excellent performance in the areas of lubricity, sealing properties, make-up/break-out torque, and long-term corrosion protection during periods of storage. 318 OCR Modified contains no metals which may create a corrosive atmosphere thereby eliminating galvanic corrosion while making 318 OCR Modified the ideal product for today’s stringent environmental concerns. 318 OCR Modified is recommended for application to threadsbeing hydrostatically tested. 318 OCR Modified is manufactured using components that meet or exceeds the listed performance objectives in API RP 5A3/ISO

Tenaris to supply OCTG, line pipe and coatings for Suriname’s first offshore development

TotalEnergies awarded Tenaris a contract to supply casing and tubing and Rig Direct services for the GranMorgu project, located about 150 km off the coast of Suriname. In addition, Saipem, which secured an EPCI contract by TotalEnergies, has selected Tenaris to provide the seamless line pipe and thermal insulation coatings package for the project. With first oil expected in 2028, TotalEnergies and its partners aim to produce 220,000 barrels of oil per day in the central area of Block 58 through shallow and deep water wells connected to an FPSO vessel.Tenaris will supply approximately 47,000 tons of casing and tubing with

TotalEnergies starts production on two projects offshore Angola

TotalEnergies started production from the BEGONIA and CLOV Phase 3 offshore projects, leveraging ullage in the PAZFLOR and CLOV floating production, storage and offloading units (FPSO) to add a total of 60,000 barrels per day (bpd) of new production. These two subsea tie-back projects deliver additional production leveraging available capacity on existing FPSO’s and as such have low marginal costs and low carbon intensities.Located 150 km off the Angolan coast, BEGONIA is a 30,000 bpd project consisting of five wells subsea tied back to the PAZFLOR FPSO. CLOV Phase 3, located 140 km from the Angolan coast, is a 30,000 bpd

CsTeC Released Liquid-O-Ring 236 Metal-Free Tool Joint and Drill Collar Compound Product

Liquid-O-Ring 236 Metal-Free Tool Joint and Drill Collar Compound provides maximum protection to the drill string. 236 prevents galling, seizing, thread damage, and excessive wear resulting in prolonged tool joint and drill collar life. This non-contaminating tool joint and drill collar compound resists washout and will not harden or dry out in the connection. 236 is a metal-free tool joint and drill string compound which enables ease of makeup and breakout of all joints and provides the required thread and shoulder protection under various operating conditions. The absence of metals and presence of corrosion inhibitors make 236 a superior tool
