LubeSeal 782 Biodegradable Line Spray is a noncontaminating, environmentally acceptable wireline spray. LubeSeal 782 Biodegradable Line Spray may be used on wireline cable for protection against corrosion and lubrication to greaseless line. LubeSeal 782 Biodegradable Line Spray is formulated to protect wireline from the effects of corrosive chemicals commonly found in downhole production. LubeSeal 782 Biodegradable Line Spray will protect braided wireline against the corrosive effects of acids, caustics, salt water, and most chemicals, including hydrogen sulfide. LubeSeal 782 Biodegradable Line Spray contains special wetting ingredients that enable it to penetrate the surface down to the inner core of the wireline. LubeSeal 782 Biodegradable Line Spray also provides a lubricating effect to greaseless line, thus reducing wear caused by continuous use. LubeSeal 782 Biodegradable Line Spray is designed to be used with spray equipment commonly mounted by most wireline truck units. This environmentally acceptable wireline corrosion inhibitor can also be applied by brushing each layer of wireline as it is made up on the spool. LubeSeal 782 Biodegradable Line Spray has an operating sprayable temperature range of 50°F to 150°F (10°C to 65.55°C).
LubeSeal 782 Biodegradable Line Spray may be used to protect braided wireline, cables, and wire rope, as well as a lubricant for coated greaseless wireline cable.
